      Do factory reset. before formatting take backup your phone data, contacts etc. after formatting install MyJio, and Jio4gvoice app, It will work.

    Please help me I brought coolpad note 5 just for 2days but I broked the Display by mistake so company can replace it.

      it is so flimsy.. i broke the screen with one accidental fal... replaced the screen.... and in a week it broke again....
      now no standard service centre nearby is willing to help... so sad we promote such unsupported guys and still they are not even grateful by providing us service.... for their own product... ridiculous...

    I had worst experience with Coolpad Bangalore service center... Bloody people are so lethergic and not responsible to answer customer request. it has been a month I gave my phone for servicing but customer care executive was taking time with out any reason.. it was a bad decision I opted cool pad. I suggest every one not buy Coolpad mobile.
